When I was in high school (10 years ago) I had anxiety so bad I had to go on Buspar and Serzone- I came off it after 1 year and have been in and out of therapy ever since. Lately I have been getting wicked panic attacks: racing heart, higher blood pressure etc. I am going to see a therapist who specializes in Cognitive Behavior Therapy…just wondering if I may get relief from that kind of therapy. I am also hoping to get into yoga to help as well. Has anyone had any success with either of those things instead of medication?? I am REALLY hoping to do this without medication….do you think it may be possible???
I guess I just want some reassurance from other people who have anxiety
